The barrel was used for aging wine, so the inside is colored red - this preserves it for many years of functionality, and the oak wood ensures its tightness.
The barrel lid is removable.
The barrel is sanded on the outside and treated with two layers of PNZ oil paint in an oak shade that highlights the wood structure.
The rings are painted with black blacksmith's matt paint with abrasion resistance.
The service life of the barrel is 20 - 30 years in an outdoor environment.
